Are you the official Real Madrid Foundation ?

Yes, we are the official camp of the Real Madrid Foundation. This opportunity is provided by the Real Madrid Foundation soccer school JAPAN (Global football Management Co Ltd). is the official partner of the Real Madrid Foundation Camp Hawaii.

What's included?

  • The Real Madrid Foundation camp uniform which includes T-shirt, socks, and shorts.

  • 5 Days of training with Real Madrid Foundation coaches traveling from Spain.

  • Players will be provided water during the breaks, which occur between sessions to ensure the footballers stay hydrated.

  • Players will receive a Real Madrid Foundation certificate for the completion of the Camp. 

How do I reserve a spot in the camp?

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to complete a registration form and pay by bank transfer. Click Register Now for more information. A final confirmation will be sent once payment has been received.

What is the client Cancellation & Refund policy?

  • Please note that if lightning strikes during the treatment, we will move you to an indoor facility. We will continue to respond as soon as it is safe to continue the clinic outdoors.

  • In the worst case, you may have to adjust your clinic schedule to complete the program. In this case, we will make every effort to accommodate all users on a best effort basis. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • However, there will be no refunds if you are unable to attend the coordinated schedule to complete the clinic.

  • Full or partial refunds will only be considered at the sole discretion of Globalfootballmanagement ("GFM"). GFM will consider refunds if overwhelming portions of the clinic cannot be completed due to thunder and heavy rain.

When will the uniforms be delivered?

Uniforms will be delivered to the players at the camp check-in. 

Who are the coaches?

Real Madrid foundation's official coach will travel exclusively to Hawaii to conduct training sessions.

How do you set up the practice groups on the first day?

All participants are separated by age. Within the first two days, the participants are all evaluated by Real Madrid coaches and switched to a more fitting team based on their skill level. 

What is the ratio coach/player?

1 coach for every 20 - 25 players

What to do in case of inclement weather?

In the event of bad weather during the camp, all participants will be asked to stop training session or leave the field to the designated indoor area. The camp will hold indoor activities and events until the weather permits safe play. We will do our utmost to ensure that participants can enjoy the event safely.

Are parents/guardian allowed to visit during training?

Parents are welcome to visit during training sessions as long as they do not interfere with the program. Provide viewing space.

What does each participant need to bring?

  • Players must bring: football spikes, individual water bottles, shin guards, healthy snacks, and isotonic drinks.

  • Bring a change of clothes in case of bad weather.

What will happen if my child gets injured during the camp?

  • Injuries are unfortunately a part of contact and collision sports such as football. Our fully qualified professional nurses will always be on site to assess the injury and treat them accordingly.

When is the Opening/Closing Ceremony?

  • There will be no opening ceremony. However, on the last day of the session, there will be a photo shoot and a certificate presentation ceremony. Therefore, it is necessary to stay after the session on the last day.

  • A Closing Ceremony will be held on the last day of the clinic and all participants will be awarded a certificate of completion.

  • All participants must attend the opening and closing ceremonies. Your child will receive a certificate of completion only at the closing ceremony.

Participant agreement

I/We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper OR the participant.

Consent for medical treatment:

I/We hereby give permission for the staff of the Real Madrid Foundation Soccer Camp to seek appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment, except for that covered by the camp’s excess medical coverage policy.

Athletics Release:

I/We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge GFM and Real Madrid staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the camp.

 

Use material for promotional purposes

I/We hereby give permission to GFM to use pictures and videos of the campers to promote future events organized by the company.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather once camp begins, all campers will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area. If camp is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player.  We do not have indoor facilities to house players for the rest of the day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to rmf-clinic@frmjapan.com  (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule:

  • If we receive a written notice prior 60 days of the camp date, the organization will retain $95.00 as a compensation for the registration expenses.

  • If we receive a written notice between 60-30 days of the camp date, the organization will retain 50% of the payment fee paid.

  • If we receive a written notice of cancelation within 30 days of the camp date, there will be no refunds of the amount paid for the RMF Soccer Camps.

  • If the participant simply does not show up to the camp, there will be no refunds for the amount paid or equipment shipped to participant.

  • A 20USD administration fee is required for any refunds.

Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including if the number of participants registered is insufficient to host the camp. Upon cancellation of camp by our staff, full refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation or participants can choose to attend any of the other camps based on availability. If the Camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the price and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel or other expense whatsoever in such circumstances. No refunds will be given if a program in progress has to be interrupted or cancelled for reasons beyond our control.

Force Majeure and Acts of God. In the event GFM is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control like terrorism, a pandemic, war, labour strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., GFM will not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.

If forced due to the circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), GFM might change the schedule of the week, the ratio players/court or both. Please note that if after the reschedule, clients can't make it, unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.
